Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use masterproductivitykit.com, or download or buy a template from it. The store is operated by Master Productivity Kit, Jl Kebon Sirih Barat I No 10, Jakarta, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital spreadsheet templates for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. All products are delivered as downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what the template does and the software it works with. Screenshots show the template's layout. Sample data in them is for illustration only.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown on the product page and in the cart before you pay.
• Payment is processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal, if available in your country.
• Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
• We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you've already paid for.

3. Delivery

Once PayPal confirms your payment, download links appear on the confirmation page. We also send them to the email address and WhatsApp number you gave at checkout, and they show in your Member Area. If a link stops working or you lose your file, contact us and we'll send a new link at no charge.

4. Your license

When you buy a template, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. We, or our licensors, keep ownership of the template itself.

You may

• use the template for personal or business work;
• enter your own data and edit formulas, layout, and formatting to fit your needs;
• share the reports, charts, and printouts you produce with it.

You may not

• resell, sublicense, give away, or publish the template file, whether original or modified, empty or with sample data;
• upload it to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or public drives;
• let people outside your license use the file;
• remove copyright notices, or present the template as your own product.

5. Free versions

Free versions are sheet-protected copies offered so you can try a template before buying. The license rules in section 4 also apply to free versions.

6. Optional services

• Technical Support: help by email with using the template you bought, such as how to enter data, fixing formula errors, and compatibility questions.
• Customization Service: changes to a template made for you. After purchase, we contact you by email to agree the scope and delivery time before starting any work. If we can't agree on the scope, we refund the service in full.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Accounts

Keep your Member Area login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing files against section 4.

9. Intellectual property

The templates, website text, graphics, and the Master Productivity Kit name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Google.

10. Use of results

Templates are tools for organizing and calculating your own data. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, or HR advice. You're responsible for checking your inputs and results before relying on them.

11. Warranty and liability

We make sure each template works as described in the software listed on its product page. If one doesn't, we'll fix or replace it, or give you a refund under the Refund Policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, templates are provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This doesn't remove any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your country gives you. Please contact us first, so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
