This policy explains what personal data Master Productivity Kit collects on masterproductivitykit.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The store is operated by Master Productivity Kit, Jl Kebon Sirih Barat I No 10, Jakarta, Indonesia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your data. • To deliver your order: create download links and send them to you by email and WhatsApp, and show them in your Member Area.
• To support you: answer questions, handle refunds, and fix delivery problems.
• To keep the store secure: prevent fraud and abuse, and protect accounts.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.

Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and downloads), our legitimate interests (security and support), legal obligations (accounting records), and your consent where the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the store:

• PayPal: payment processing. See PayPal's privacy statement.
• Email delivery provider: sends order and download emails.
• WhatsApp messaging provider: sends order and download messages to your WhatsApp number.
• Hosting provider: stores the website, order database, and files.
• Google Fonts: loads the site's font, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's standard safeguards, such as contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and local storage

• mpk_session cookie: keeps you logged in to the Member Area for up to 14 days. Strictly necessary.
• Browser local storage: remembers your cart and your last order, so the confirmation page works. It stays on your device.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add them, we'll update this policy first.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you do, your cart is emptied and you are logged out.

6. How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: as long as accounting and tax law requires, usually up to 10 years.
• Member accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
• Login sessions: 14 days.
• Server logs: kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data (except records we must keep by law);
• restrict or object to certain uses, including marketing;
• send your data to another service in a portable format;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier.

To make a request, email support@masterproductivitykit.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Purchased files can only be downloaded through personal download links, and passwords are stored as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we act quickly on any issue we find.

9. Children

The store is meant for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell customers by email.
