Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Master Productivity Kit sells digital spreadsheet templates that you download right after payment. Because a downloaded file can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. We do give a full refund in the cases below, within 30 days of purchase.

Most templates have a free version. Please download it first to check the layout and that it opens in your software before you buy the Pro version.

When you get a full refund

• The file is defective. It is corrupted, won't open, or has broken formulas in software listed as compatible on the product page, and we can't fix or replace it within 5 business days of your report.
• The product is not as described. The file is materially different from the product page description or screenshots.
• You were charged twice for the same template and license.
• You never got access. Payment went through but we couldn't deliver working download links.

Optional services

• Technical Support add-on: fully refundable if you haven't used it yet.
• Customization Service add-on: fully refundable until we start the work. We always agree the scope with you by email before starting. If we can't agree on the scope, we refund it in full.

When refunds don't apply

• You changed your mind after downloading a working file.
• The file doesn't work in software that isn't listed as compatible on the product page (for example older Excel versions, LibreOffice, or Apple Numbers, unless listed). Contact us anyway and we'll try to help.
• The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Free versions, which cost nothing.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@masterproductivitykit.com with your order number (starts with MPK-), the email used at checkout, and the reason. Add a screenshot if the file has a problem.
2. We reply within 2 business days. For a defective file, we'll first try to fix or replace it.
3. If the refund is approved, we send it through PayPal to your original payment method within 5 business days. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

When an order is refunded, its download links and license end.
